Operate is a CRM platform for founders, built around the complex and often abstract process of sales.

How can a brand system expand to represent complex ideas without losing coherence?

I supported the development of the visual language by researching and distilling the different stages and relationships within the sales process through reading, sketching and diagramming.

The work explored ways of representing Operate as an interconnected ecosystem rather than a collection of individual tools, developing conceptual directions for new symbols, visual structures and compositions that could extend the existing brand system.
